Position: V&A Trainer cum Quality Analyst.

Job Type: Part time

Location: Hyderabad, Secunderabad.

Relevant Exp into V&A/ QA: MINIMUM of 1 year

DESIRED PROFILE:

• Candidates should have good written and oral Skills.
• Conduct coaching and feedback sessions (Quality and process-related) for the Quality and Operations teams.
• To monitor, mentor, coach and supervise the agents in overall effectiveness.
• Providing training in soft skills, skills
• Training in Personality Development, Telephone Etiquette.
• Responsible for the quality of the sales
• Constant co-ordination in terms of training & quality
• Develop training methods for sales and thereby lead to increasing the productivity
• Responsible for training on neutralization of accents for existing as well as for the new joinees.
• Ensuring quality and productivity entirely.
• CERTIFICATIONS into relevant field preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work in night shifts.
